As both the developer and manufacturer of our roadheaders in the TDR series, the satisfaction of our customers is doubly important to us. We therefore offer comprehensive good service out of deep conviction, not just for marketing reasons. Our range of services includes not only all assembly work and on-site acceptance, but numerous additional services relating to operation of the machines.

If required, our team can carry out servicing works directly at your site. We are in action worldwide, supporting you to ensure that your roadheader is always in good condition, and that it can always deploy its full power. We would be pleased to conclude a servicing contract with you, which guarantees you regular service assignments. You minimise costs, we maximise your roadheader's long service life.

Even though we take the utmost care to build our roadheaders to be virtually indestructible, problems can still sometimes occur. But don't worry - downtime is not what we're about! In the vast majority of cases, our remote diagnosis can help you, quickly and directly, without the need for an on-site inspection. That saves time and money.
